A Dog’s Journey picks up where A Dog’s Purpose left off. You will love this tale of lovable farm dog Bailey finding a new destiny and forming an unbreakable bond. Audiences rated this movie an “A” CinemaScore! They said it is “a must-see for any dog lover”. We have to agree—our boys were super excited to watch the movie and enjoyed every minute of it!
About A Dog’s Journey:
Bailey is living a really good life on a farm in Michigan with his former “boy” (Ethan), who is now a man and Ethan’s wife, Hannah. Bailey has a new playmate also, Ethan and Hannah’s baby granddaughter, CJ. Things are really good on the farm, that is until CJ’s mom, Gloria decides to take CJ away and chase her own dreams into the big city. Ethan asks Bailey to watch over CJ wherever she goes and that begins Bailey’s adventure through multiple lives filled with love, friendship and devotion as he, CJ, and CJ’s best friend Trent experience joy and heartbreak, music and laughter, and really good belly rubs.
A Dog’s Journey is directed by Emmy winner Gail Mancuso and produced by Gavin Polone. It is written by W. Bruce Cameron & Cathryn Michon, and Maya Forbes & Wally Wolodarsky. The movie is based on the best-selling novel by Cameron.
