How many of you love to do yoga?

Believe it or not the most yoga I have done is on my Wii Fit! I actually like it, and would like to start doing more yoga. I sometimes feel that my body gets tense and it just needs to be de-stressed and stretched out. Yoga is great for calming and stretching your body!
