Boy do I love to shop, however I do not love what it does to my pocket book. I prefer shopping online so I can search for the best deals and save myself a little cash. You see, I’m sort of an impulse shopper, and when I’m in the store I will buy something simply because it’s staring me in the face and I can’t resist it.
It’s no lie that I spend a small fortune when shopping for my boys. We have 5 going to school this year, and since they are going to a private school (that’s right, I’m blogging my boys through private school–post coming soon), they will need all new clothing, shoes and accessories. We aren’t used to buying uniforms and dress shoes.
My oldest son now has to shop in the Mens section for his clothing and shoes, which makes things even harder. He wants things that are stylish, but at the same time, comfortable. We always argue about the shoes he is going to wear, and this year was no exception. He needed a pair of nice dress shoes for school and while I wanted him to have the style his Dad wears, he had other plans. Trying to find the most comfortable shoes for men that we both liked was a task, however we managed, and boy am I glad we have that out of the way!
Now to just get the rest of the school shopping done.
Our younger boys are much easier to buy for. I found that purchasing uniforms was so easy! I searched online for the best deals and bought several shirts, shorts and pants in every color available–simple!
What is your biggest challenge when shopping for Back-to-School Clothing and Shoes?
