Back to School With Wet Ones!

This year was the first year that we have really packed school lunches. I’ll be honest, our school lunches were fairly reasonably priced in the past and with 5 boys at home I knew they would want to immediately eat all of the food I had bought to pack their lunches. Plus, I honestly didn’t know what to pack them. I thought they would be bored with the same stuff all of the time.

Well this year we decided to send the boys to a private school where lunch is only provided one day a week. That’s right, I’m forced to pack my boys lunches. So what did I do? I went online and researched, of course. I wasn’t going to go at this with a blindfold on, and I was going to make sure I did everything like all of the other parents.

One of the best tips I found was to pack some sort of wet wipe for my children to wipe up with afterward. My boys admitted to me the first day that they were happy to have the wipes included in their lunchboxes because they didn’t have a lot of time after lunch to run to the bathroom, and to be honest, I know they would have just wiped their hands on their pants– BOYS!

I have since packed Wet Ones wipes for my boys every day. We are only a couple of days into the school year, but I’m pretty happy so far!

As a matter of fact, I love keeping a few in my handbag and diaper bag so I always have them readily available. I’m all for promoting a product that is going to help prevent the spread of germs. Let’s face it, our children like to touch everything (especially curious little boys!) Wet Ones Antibacterial Hand Wipes have been proven to be just as effective in killing germs as hand sanitizers. I prefer the wipes over the gel sanitizers any day though because with the wipes you can actually scrub/wipe away dirt. You aren’t just rubbing it into your hands.
