It wasn’t long ago that a friend of mine came to pick me up for dinner. We were heading to town when I got a glimpse at her adorable handbag. After eyeing it for a minute I had to ask her where she purchased it because I was now in love with it and had to have one for myself! You see, I’d been searching for the perfect handbag for quite some time, however I could never find one that was just right. Let me explain a little….
Things I look for in a handbag
1.) Easily cleaned- You have to be able to wipe the bag down on the outside because I hate when my bag looks dingy and dirty and I do not want to carry germs around with me.
2.) Bag must be roomy- There needs to be enough room for the kitchen sink (Kidding–sort of!) Seriously though, I am a busy gal and I need to be able to fit all of my mom stuff and my fun stuff into my bag at all times.
3.) Cute Factor- My bag must not be boring. It needs to have the cute factor (that’s why I chose the color I did—isn’t it adorable!?) Let’s face it, I’m a Mom, but I don’t want to be boring wearing Mom jeans and carrying around dull bags–no way!
4.) There must be pockets on the outside! This one might seem odd, but I really need a place to put my cellphone that isn’t going to suck it up and have me spending forever searching for it. I love that this bag has outside pockets where I can easily throw my cell phone, grocery list and keys–SCORE!
So, those are the things I look for in a handbag and I’m super excited that this bag has EVERY SINGLE ONE of them!
You know what else it has?
It is reversible! That’s right! If I want to change up the look I can simply flip it inside out and out the door I go!

I love the color of the bag you got!! I have to have a big bag that is ready to hold anything with 5 kids. I know with traveling to a hand bag for me doubles as a mobile office as well.
I LOVE that bag! It is so hard for me to find one that fits everything I look for, but this one definitely does. I’m impressed with Thirty One’s Jewel collection. Even better that it is reversible — I tend to get bored after awhile.
