It never fails, once school is out my kids are super excited, but then the excitement turns to boredom and we are struggling to find things to keep them occupied. When they start to get bored, they tend to pick on one another and can also become a bit whiny. No one wants that, so I decided to make a list of fun Backyard Kids Activities to help fight boredom, and keep kids entertained and active during summer months.

These activities are also great for backyard BBQs, birthday parties, sleepovers and more! I just love having extra things on hand to keep the kids entertained. I also think it is super important to spend time outdoors as a family bonding, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. What better way than with some backyard boredom buster games and activities?
