Well I guess I should have waited before posting about the chicken pox. Monday night I gave my 4 year old a bath right before bed and noticed a few spots. I wasn’t sure if it was the pox though because he does have eczema and baths tend to make it a little worse. When he woke up the next morning I knew that it was definitely chicken pox. He did have the one vaccination, so he didn’t get them real bad.
Last night my 20 month old started running a fever. I knew what was coming, and I kept checking him for the chicken pox. He is running a fever again today and has a few spots here and there on his body. He did not have a vaccination, so I have a feeling he could get quite a bit more than his brothers did. Now we just have one more child, our 9 year old, to get them. I’m sort of hoping he gets them now so we can all have them taken care of now.
This morning I noticed that the basket that sits on the back of our toilet that holds a couple of rolls of toilet paper was missing. I really didn’t think anything of it until I opened the refrigerator later and found it in there! Silly kids!!! My 4 year old told me that he wanted to see if the toilet paper would freeze!
