It’s summer—can I get a Yipee!?

My family looks forward to summer every year. You see, we live in one of those states that seems to have a real sense of humor when it comes to weather. Yeah, one day it’s going to be snowing and the next it’s going to be in the 60s! It’s CRAZY! So, when summer finally gets here we are all ready to sit back, relax and enjoy some family fun time!

Call me crazy, but I’m really into old fashioned fun, and game night is one of my favorite things to do with my family! I recently went online to CustomInk.com and designed the coolest t-shirts for everyone in my family to wear! My younger boys were so excited to wear their shirts that they all 3 put them on and headed out the door the day they came in the mail! It was so cute!

In honor of the fun contest, T-Shirts & Genes Family Reunion Contest by CustomInk, my family got all decked out in our custom t-shirts from CustomInk and we had a fun family game night full of snacks, games and giggles! I am so in love with these cute t-shirts! Since our last name starts with “Such” and we have 5 BOYS we decided to go with a super hero theme! It was actually not my idea. My boys are always pretending to be super heroes and when I mentioned designing a t-shirt for our family one of them immediately blurted out “Superman”! Since we are Such’s I went with Super Such! How cute is this fun shirt?

It really doesn’t get any better than this! I’m always happy to embrace my family with a little fun, and I greatly enjoy seeing the smiles and laughter in our home. Entertaining is a big part of our life. We feel that the more time we spend together now (while our children are young), the closer we will be as a family. Children grow up quickly…we are enjoying every moment.

Up next we will be planning a fun Family Reunion! I wonder if I could get everyone at the family reunion to order custom t-shirts!? How fun would that be, especially for game time!? I can just see us all showing up in different colored shirts. Like half of us could have one color and the other half another, but all of the shirts could have the same logo. This would make it easy for things like sock races, relay races and much more! It will be fun for family photos as well! I always enjoy the creative photos we come up with at family reunions. It’s not often you get everyone together, so we like to take advantage of any photo opps we might get.
