Chocolate Mango Smoothie Popsicles- Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries or 6 Super Large Frozen Ones.
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoons Collagen
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water

Directions:

First, measure out your ingredients.

Second, place all ingredients into the blender and pour liquids over top.

 Blend until smooth. You may need to use a tamper initially to ensure the ingredients run through.

 

Remove the tops from your popsicle molds. Portion and pour the smoothie into each mold making sure to go to the top.

Place the tops back into the molds and put into the freezer to set.

Makes 6 small popsicles.

    I make a lot of popsicles during the summer here in hot Florida. This recipe looks great, and I already have all of the ingredients. I never thought of adding collagen and chia to popsicles, and this would make them quite a good, filling, healthy snack.
