My family has had to undergo some changes in the kitchen recently. You see, my oldest son has been dealing with some stomach issues for quite some time. The doctors ran a bunch of tests and sent him to different doctor’s, but no one could figure out what was wrong with him. It wasn’t until I started to do an elimination diet that I finally figured out the problem. What was the problem? He has food allergies. Once we eliminated the foods that bother him, he was completely fine!
Now that I am aware of the allergies that my oldest son has, I am also starting to look closer at the foods that we are all consuming. I want to make sure what I am feeding my family is actually healthy and good for us. I don’t want to just provide my family with meals, but I want to provide them with foods that are going to fuel their bodies in a very positive way.
In doing this new search for healthier foods, we have been introduced to Wildscape frozen meals. I love how convenient they are! I love that my kids can pull them out of the freezer, heat them up and enjoy them without adult supervision!
Wildscape’s mission is to make frozen food that is exciting! They want you to celebrate the vibrancy, flavors, and textures that nature offers us—-and I love that! Wildscape is a promise to the world that you don’t have to choose between the food you have time for and the food you really want to eat.
Some things I love about Wildscape Foods:
- Packaged in a resealable and recyclable container, Wildscape Meals are made with ingredients you can recognize by sight and by name.
- Their recipes contain natural beef, antibiotic free chicken, and ingredients purposely layered to hold their texture when cooking in the microwave.
- With six delicious varieties, they offer two gluten-free varieties (Gochujang Cauliflower and Seared Steak) and two vegetarian (Gochujang Cauliflower and Peri Peri Portobellos).
- Nutrient-dense, these uniquely combined culinary-forward recipes are dairy free and can be ready in six minutes or less, making them perfect for busy moms.
- These meals typically retail for $5.99.

We’re not gluten-free, but these do sound nice, and I love the concept of buying frozen. Much better than canned, and fresh is limiting!
