Well if you have been reading my blog long, then you probably already know how much my 3 year old loves trains! He gets excited when he sees one drive down the track in front of us, he gets excited when he sees the toys, the clothing, the videos and anything else with trains. He even insisted on getting train underwear! (I don’t lie!)
Now that you know about his real obsession for trains, I am sure I don’t have to tell you about his reaction to the new video we received and reviewed, Chuggington: It’s Training Time.
I’ll tell you anyway…
When the video arrived he literally ripped the outer layer off of it before I had a chance to even get the scissors out to help get it open! He ran into the living room and insisted his brothers move over and give him full access to the television. Being the good big brothers that they are (sometimes) they allowed him to watch the movie. (I think they secretly wanted to watch it too since they never left the room.) The boys all seemed to like the new video.
A little about the video…
It’s Training Time is the newest DVD in the Chuggington series from Anchor Bay Entertainment. This DVD is an exciting train video for preschoolers that teaches as it entertains. It’s Train Time features six episodes plus a three-minute bonus, “Badge Quest” episode, Running On Time, which explores the importance of being punctual. Throughout the video are fun adventures and lessons to help preschoolers with skills such as the value of setting a good example (Training Time Harrison); cleanliness (Wilson Gets a Wash); following directions (Koko And The Tunnel); diversity (Watch Out Wilson); self-confidence (Wilson’s Smooth Move) and not jumping to conclusions (Eddie Finds Time).
My boys loved the new DVD and I am sure your little one will as well!
