I don’t mind cooking, but I’m definitely not one to just follow directions on a box and call it good. I like to experiment with seasonings, rubs, herbs and sauces. We like our food to have a lot of flavor and be filling. (I am feeding 5 hungry boys–and a husband!) We are always trying new seasonings, and recently were introduced to The Spice Lab.
The Spice Lab’s award-winning line of premium spice blends and BBQ rubs are careful-crafted to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. They are all natural (which we love), OU Kosher and most are gluten-free. The Spice Lab is a woman-owned and family-run business that was founded in 2009. They specialize in custom seasoning blends, premium organic spices, salts and gourmet gifts. Their products are processed and packaged in the company’s 125,000 square foot SQF certified facility in Pompano Beach, Florida that includes a design department, research and development kitchen with full-time chef-in-residence, business offices and a product showroom. Since they have expanded production lines, the company can produce 100,000 units per day. (That’s impressive!)
We think their spices are a great addition to our meals and we can’t wait to try more! I love how each label includes “Chef Fiona’s Corner”, offering tips and suggestions for using the seasoning. I’m always looking for new ideas to spice up our foods!
