Remember when I talked about visiting Cincinnati, OH and a little of Kentucky? We stayed on the river in an Embassy Suites hotel and had a ton of fun. While on our little weekend trip we had the chance to visit the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY. Since we had never been there, we really didn’t know what to expect.
From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. Not only was the staff super friendly and very helpful, but the facility was very clean and so big! This museum is 70,000 square feet! Ever been curious about the bible? As you walk through the museum you will see characters from the bible in the different settings we are familiar with from the bible. Adam and Eve live in the Garden of Eden. There are dinosaurs, plants growing, children playing, and so much more!
The artwork and detail throughout the museum is unbelievable! The bible characters look like real live people. You feel as though you are walking through time and you really are able to get a better impression of what it was like back then.
There are 160 exhibits throughout the museum. You are able to walk through the Garden of Eden, see the works of Noah while building the Ark, dig up dinosaur bones and much more!
The botanical gardens on the property are beautiful! When we visited the facility it was very hot out, however we couldn’t resist walking through the gardens. (There was even a beautiful wedding taking place on the property while we were there–very romantic!) There are 3 gardens at Creation Museum. After walking a bit we came across a fun Petting Zoo!
We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to visit again!

No evidence has ever been found that would suggest that humans and dinosoars lived simultainiously. In fact, LOTS of evidence has been collected and observed over time that clearly show a completely different timeline. I’m not sure if the operators of this place genuinely disbelive the facts, or if this is a deliberate act to confuse the people, for political purposes, or for money, or both. Nice gardens though.
