Surprisingly all of my boys have always loved fruits and vegetables.
When given the choice between a plate full of fruits and veggies and a plate full of junk food most of the time they will choose the fruits and veggies. I am very proud of them for that and happy that they love to eat healthy. I think as parents on the go we sometimes tend to grab for quick and easy things and those aren’t always the healthiest foods for our children.
We don’t have to give up the healthy foods when we are in a hurry and on the go though.
More and more companies are making healthier snack foods, however they aren’t all kid friendly.
We were very happy to review Crunch Paks.
Crunch Paks are the leading maker of fresh sliced apples. Their new line of fresh sliced apple products and sliced apple snack packs for is for kids and they are co-branded with Disney. There are popular Disney characters such as Phineas and Ferb and characters from the Cars 2 movie. These packs meet the nutritional guidelines created just for kids and are fun for kids too!
Crunch Pak’s FOODLES line are already in stores nationwide. The packaging of this line is in the shape of Mickey Mouse and features Mickey and friends characters. My boys LOVED these!
FOODLES feature an assortment of healthy snack food options including apples, grapes, cheese and pretzels. This fall Crunch Pak will offer Princess FOODLES with a Cinderella Carriage for back to school snacking. (A food fit for a little princess.)
In addition to the new Disney co-branded products, Crunch Pak offers a family of healthy fresh food items including Snackers, Just Grapes and Crunch Pak carrots, all introduced over the past year and gaining distribution worldwide.
My boys loved these yummy snacks. They were convenient, easy and healthy!
What more can I say?
We give Crunch Paks a double thumbs up!
