Today’s moms are discovering a new world of cloth diapers.
We were sent a CuteyBaby “That’s a Wrap” 2 part cloth diapering system for review.
I really wasn’t sure what to expect before the diaper arrived. A lot of cloth diapers are very similar, but the “That’s a Wrap” diaper is not like all of the other cloth diapers.
“That’s a Wrap” are soft, waterproof diaper covers that are available in 6 wonderful prints which include:
Nantucket Stripe
Green Tribal
Orange Graphic
Purple Lime Floral
Hot Pink Gingham
Big Fuchsia Dot
(More prints available. We received a chocolate colored “That’s a Wrap” diaper for review.)
CutyBaby’s new “That’s a Wrap” diaper has a unique open channel interior design which keeps messes in. The fabrics are so very soft, but the best part is the removable closure tabs that prevent wear and tear in the wash! What other diaper offers that? The 4-layer soaker is great for holding in even with the heaviest wetter. I often find myself searching through my diaper pile for the perfect inserts for my diapers, especially when we are leaving the house or going to bed at night.
If you haven’t tried cloth diapers and would like to give it a try I highly recommend this as one of the first diapers you try. When we first started cloth diapering things were a bit confusing. There are so many different types of diapers, but CuteyBaby keeps things simple. You simply shake off solids, remove the closure tabs, and throw in a hot water wash with 1/3 of the usual amount of detergent. (Be sure to use a baby friendly detergent.) When you pull the diapers out of the dryer, tuck in the free end of the soaker, attach your tabs, and that’s it-you’re ready for use!
That’s a Wrap comes in three sizes taking you from birth to potty training. There are soft velcro closures, which to me are so different from the normal diapers. These velcro closures make the diaper more like a disposable. I love this feature because it makes the diaper super easy to put on and take off. When you have a squirmy baby you know that there isn’t a lot of time to mess with snaps.
There is also an open-channel interior design to keep messes in and protect against leaks just by hugging baby’s legs. The outer layer is soft, waterproof and still breathable!
The soaker pads feature wicking top fabric to keep baby’s skin feeling dry at all times. Underneath there are 4 layers of super thirsty microfiber which absorb like crazy!
We loved these diapers! They held up nicely, did not leak, and fit baby nicely.
