chicken broccoli2

I recently went to a baby shower where there was a delicious broccoli dish that got me wanting to make something similar for my family at home. I wanted to switch it up a bit because my plan was to make this as the main course for our family, so I added chicken. My whole family devoured this scrumptious dish in no time at all! We will definitely be making it again, and since it was such a big hit in our house we thought we would share it with our fans.

Chicken Bacon Broccoli Recipe

Chicken Broccoli

Ingredients

1 Bag Frozen Skinless Chicken Breasts

1- 2lb bag of Frozen Broccoli

1 Jar Real Hormel Bacon Bits

Optional–diced onions

3/4 cup coleslaw dressing

Directions:

Cook chicken thoroughly. I put mine in a crock pot and cooked all day long, until it was falling apart.

Cook broccoli until it is soft. (You can cook in water on stove top or in water in microwave).

Mix chicken and broccoli.

Add 3/4 cup of coleslaw dressing, bacon bits and onion. Stir and Enjoy!
