Dieting a Cinch?

I honestly never thought I would say that any diet is a Cinch. But, here I am ready to tell you all how easy it has been to stay on track with the Shaklee Cinch Inch Loss plan.

I’m going to be honest with you, for about the first 2-3 weeks of any diet I do fine, but after that I tend to give up. Anything after the first couple of weeks becomes a challenge. I start feeling like I’m depriving my body and I tend to want to overeat because all I can think about is sweets and treats that I’m not allowing myself to have.

So, here we are, into our 3rd week (wow, that first 3 weeks went fast!) and I’m still feeling as motivated and ready to take on this challenge as I was the day I started. My body is showing signs of weight loss and people are starting to take notice, and I love that!

So, I’m sure you would like to know my stats and how I’m staying on track, right?

I will be taking measurements next week (1 month mark), but I’m always happy to share my weight loss with you every week–especially since I am losing and loving it!

Starting Weight-June 18, 2012

165 pounds

Today’s Weight- July 11, 2012

150 pounds!

Notice the exclamation point behind the 150 pounds? That’s right, I’m very proud of that 15 pound weight loss in my first 3 1/2 weeks. If you were able to view my video I posted last week then you already know how hard it was for me to give my initial starting weight, and you also know that I haven’t been exercising like I should be. Don’t get me wrong, I have 5 boys to chase after, and I have been doing workouts here and there, but nothing like I should be doing.

I’m going to quit making excuses and I’m going to start exercising more. If I can lose this much on the Shaklee Cinch Program without exercising constantly, I can only imagine how much I can lose when I start adding some workouts to my day!

What are you doing to stay in shape this summer?

Visit the Shaklee Cinch Website for more information.

Also, be sure to follow along on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest so you don’t miss out on anything!

“Results and experiences are unique for each person, so results may vary. People following the weight loss portion of Shaklee 180 can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week.”

This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation’s Team #Cinchspiration Campaign. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own.

Thanks Lindsay! I’m impressed myself! I typically lose a lot the first week when I diet, but then I have a hard time the next couple of weeks and typically give up. I’m so excited that Cinch is working for me! 🙂

Mandee, that is awesome! 15 pounds lost is just…wow! Incredible! You go girl! If you were exercising regularly you would’ve REALLY blown that scale out of the water! Do what I do: Dance! It’s fun and it burns up the calories!

Thanks Jennae! I actually lost quite a bit of weight a few years ago by cutting back on food and dancing ALL of the time! I’m not sure why after having the next child I let the weight come back on and didn’t start dancing and eating right, but I’m sure glad I am now! Now to just start the dancing again. Thanks for stopping by! I love having the support system Cinch gives us! 🙂
