Do you Juice?

You may have seen it on your Facebook wall, heard about it on television or even read about it in a magazine while sitting in your doctor’s office, but have you tried it? Juicers are amongst some of the top small appliances being sold and  Juicing seems to be highly talked about amongst many right now and I can certainly understand why. I did a little research myself and I was surprised at all of the benefits claimed from juicing. Now I say claimed only because I am not a doctor or a professional, so I really can not say for sure that these things are true.

What are the Benefits of Juicing?

We are constantly putting processed foods into our bodies. While at first we didn’t see any harm in this, we have come to find out that these processed foods aren’t necessarily good for our bodies. Living a healthy lifestyle is important and juicing can help you get the raw foods that your body needs. Because we have made poor choices in the foods that we have eaten over the years our intestines may have become relatively compromised. This limits our bodies’ ability to absorb all of the nutrients from fruits and vegetables when eating them. Fruits and vegetables are very important for our body and when you consume them as a juice the vitamins and nutrients are going straight to you and absorbed right away. This can be great for immunity and helping when sick.

Like I said before, I am not a doctor or a professional, so you should consult your doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are on a special diet for medical reasons.

Now that I have informed you about juicing I’m going to tell you how you can make it easier on yourself. The Breville Juice Fountain Plus looks like it can make juicing a whole lot easier. As a Mom of 5 boys I’m always looking for anything that can make my life easier, and I’m willing to give anything a try once.

Have you tried Juicing?

If you have, what are your thoughts?

If you haven’t, is there a reason you haven’t?

We don’t juice but we take Juice Plus. Juice Plus+® is whole food based nutrition, including juice powder concentrates from 17 different fruits, vegetables and grains. Its the next best thing to fruits and veggies. We have seen a decrease in allergies, and trips to the doctor.
