Now that school is in full swing our nights are filled with after school activities such as sports, concerts and fundraisers. Not only do I have a long to-do list of my own, but my children often have these lists for me as well. It’s not always easy to plan dinners every night when your constantly on the go. I find that my weeks run the smoothest when I have all of my meals planned out in advance.
I really enjoy searching online for fun new recipes (that are quick and easy!) The Pillsbury website has a whole slew of awesome recipes that really do please the whole family.

My family just enjoyed sloppy joes the other night. These look so much better. Pillsbury Grands are soo good.

I must admit I’m not a fan of Sloppy Joes, but I like this concept. I could see filing a biscuit with shredded barbecue chicken, for example or even with pizza sauce and cheese for an “inside out” pizza.
