First Week Weigh In #Cinchspiration

It has been one whole week since I started on the Shaklee Cinch Program.

I plan to take measurements once a month, however I will weigh-in and post results from the scale once a week. I like to see results and I wanted to share those with you all. If you are joining us in this journey to get fit and healthy, please feel free to post your stats for us all to see every week as well. We want to see you succeed too!

Here goes….

Starting Weight (June 18,2012): 165 pounds

Today’s Weight after 1 week on the Cinch Inch Loss Program: 156.5  pounds!

That’s an 8.5 pound weight loss!

I am very happy with my results and can’t wait to continue my weight loss journey. Be sure to check back every week for new results, recipes and more!

      Awww, Thanks! I tend to do this when dieting. I will lose the most in the first 1-2 weeks and then it slows WAY down. I’m just hoping it doesn’t slow completely down and that I continue to lose so I don’t get discouraged.
