It has been one whole week since I started on the Shaklee Cinch Program.
I plan to take measurements once a month, however I will weigh-in and post results from the scale once a week. I like to see results and I wanted to share those with you all. Starting Weight (June 18,2012): 165 pounds

Today’s Weight after 1 week on the Cinch Inch Loss Program: 156.5 pounds!
That’s an 8.5 pound weight loss!

Awww, Thanks! I tend to do this when dieting. I will lose the most in the first 1-2 weeks and then it slows WAY down. I’m just hoping it doesn’t slow completely down and that I continue to lose so I don’t get discouraged.
