Batman Batmobile

LEGO, A Gift That Never Gets Old

When we were young we would spend hours playing with toys. Sometimes we would sit on a blanket in the front lawn playing with different toys. I can remember countless hours spent building things and just being creative. I fast forward to today and look at so many children becoming so easily bored, and uninterested after a short amount of time with new toys and games. It makes me sad how times have change. For my boys I want them to grow up using their imaginations and being creative, and that is why we love LEGO. Every one of our boys has enjoyed playing with LEGO products. They have built small things, to rather large villages and so forth. I don’t think there has ever been a year that we didn’t have LEGO sets being opened up at Christmas time in our home.

Batman Batmobile

LEGO Batman Batmobile:

We received a Batman Batmobile. Now, I want to say that these are my boys’ favorite types of LEGO sets because they love Super Heroes. Being able to use their creative side and thinking skills to put the Batmobile together brings them great joy, and I love to see that!

I feel like this set was just challenging enough, but not too challenging for my youngest son. It didn’t take him as long as some of the other sets that he’s done in the past, however it kept his little mind occupied for a bit. Once the set was built, he continued to play with it, along with his other LEGO sets that he already had. That’s the great thing about LEGO, you can continue to add to your collection and build upon what you already have. Kids can get creative and totally transform an existing set, creating something all together different, if they like. And when they get bored of one set, they can add it to another and change the way it is played with. It never gets old.

If you have a child to purchase for this Christmas, we recommend LEGO sets.

I like toys that let kids use their imagination. (when I first read the title I thought it said imaginary toys – which can sometimes be good, too)

My kids all played with Legos for many years and now my grandchildren do as well. I think they would really like the Batmobile.

Legos have been around for as long as I can remember. This looks like a really fun kit!
