Last year I started a diet plan. I admit that I have been bad about sticking to that diet plan, however I do try to make healthier meals for my family. When I first started reading about living and eating healthier I learned a lot about the importance of whole grain being in your diet. It’s a simple choice that can make a big difference. One way to easily add a little whole grain into your diet is to switch to the new Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour. It is now available in grocery stores and to be quite honest I couldn’t tell a difference in taste at all. I am, however used to eating whole grains, but I got no complaints from my boys or husband, who all gobbled down my zucchini bread with no complaints!
A little about Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour…
Unlike most whole wheat flours that are made from hard red spring wheat, Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour is made with hard white spring wheat. It’s whole grain, but with a similar texture and taste to all-purpose flour.
Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour bakes up golden and has milder flavor than baked goods made with regular whole wheat flour. It’s perfect for your family favorite recipes.
