My boys are officially ready for school to start! We have all of our gear and everything is in order. Now, I have 5 boys and school supplies, new shoes, clothing and all of the curriculum and so forth is not cheap! (I sense some of you shaking your heads in agreement!) I was head of fundraising at a private school last year and I know how important it is to keep those funds coming in so that the school doesn’t have to suffer and can continue to provide children with the extra curricular and other activities needed to help them thrive. Without fundraising it would be really hard for schools to keep programs such as music, arts and sports.

The way Schoola works is so simple. Schools do a clothing drive where families can bring in unwanted clothing items. The school boxes the items up and Schoola pays to ship the items back to Schoola. Once the items are received they will post them on the Schoola site for sale and every item sold a percentage of the sale goes back to the school! Talk about an easy fundraiser—this is the easiest I have ever seen! Who doesn’t have extra clothing laying around that they want to get rid of? (I know we always do!) Now you can get rid of those extra items and help your school at the same time!
