Have you been considering homeschooling your children?
We have been homeschooling our boys for the past 8 years. As much as I love homeschooling, I know that it isn’t for everyone. Some people have a strong desire to homeschool their kids, while others feel that public or private school is the best route for their family. We believe that you have to follow your heart and do what you feel is best for your family. For our family, that is homeschooling. Over the years, many people have told me that they wish they could homeschool too, but they have a long list of reasons as to why homeschooling will not work for them. I will be the first to admit that it is overwhelming—especially when you are first starting out. Just know that we were all new at one time, and we all had the same reservations and fears when we were first starting out. It does get easier once you find your groove and you find a schedule and curriculum/program that works best for you and your children.
Today, I’d like to share some blog posts with you from other sites on the top of homeschooling, in hopes that it may be of some help to you and your homeschool journey.
