The hardest time to stay on track with my diet is during the holidays, and they are right around the corner! I like to think that I can resist all of the deliciousness coming from the kitchen, but I’m not always that strong. Knowing how to eat healthy during the holidays is huge for me. For years, I simply had no clue what I was doing, and that is why I struggled to lose and keep weight off for so long. I needed something to help me stay on track with my healthy eating habits. I want to show you some tricks and tips for staying on track with your healthy lifestyle during the holidays.

- Eat veggies and color in hot soups and stews
- Let kids help chop veggies, wash veggies, and help you organize and prep colorful fruits and veggies—then baker them off! Pumpkin bread and muffins can be packed with nutrition (hint sub apple sauce for butter)
