Yes, that’s right…I LOST!
I am weighing in every week on Monday. (Right after the weekend…ugh!)
When I stepped on the scale this morning I was so nervous!
I admit it, I weighed myself on Sunday, so I had an idea what the scale was going to say, but I sort of used Sunday as a cheat day and I was SO afraid it was going to hurt my weigh in.
It did, I gained one of the pounds back that I had lost, but I was still down 6 pounds!
I am doing Weight Watchers (on my own since I have the calculator and books and have done it in the past) along with exercise. I am hoping that I can stay motivated and keep this up because I feel SO much better now that I am exercising and eating right.
I will be the first to admit that I am tempted all day long, but I am doing pretty well keeping my snacks at bay. I actually feel guilty any time I eat something I shouldn’t and I feel like I need to work out extra. Not a bad thing, right?
I love to turn the radio on in the kitchen while cooking or doing the dishes or anything else I might be doing in there. (Sometimes we even go into the kitchen just to dance!) My boys LOVE dancing around in the kitchen with me and this has become great fun for us! I love that working out can be fun and that I can include the boys!
I have always said that when life gets stressful you should turn up your radio and DANCE!
It’s a GREAT stress reliever and also FUN and great exercise!
