Well, we are a couple of months into the new year. By now many of us have a good start on our New Year’s resolutions, and some of us are probably ready to give up. One of my resolutions this year is to be more active. I wanted to resolve to lose weight, but when I set that resolution I often tend to fail—miserably. It’s like I set myself up for it and when I don’t allow myself to eat things I love, I want them even more. This year I decided instead of dieting, I’m going to watch what WE (my whole family) eats and I’m going to move more. That’s why I’m excited about this awesome Journey Gym Giveaway!
The Journey Gym is an entire workout system in a small package. You can do it all with the Journey Gym, on top of cardio you can work every muscle imaginable, and once you are done you can put it all away neatly, and tuck it away for next time.
But you don’t have to take my word for it, check out this video featuring Kim Lyons, who was a former trainer on the hit TV show The Biggest Loser!!

Karolyn K. says
What keeps me from working out is time. With our family it just slips away. Plus, I need something to do at home.
Carla S says
My biggest obstacles are lack of equipment and space. I don’t have much room to move inside where I live.
Deborah G. says
The biggest obstacle I have is, that using a regular gym won’t work for me. I’m disabled, and the physiotherapist that I saw a long time ago, suggested certain exercises to maintain my muscle tone. Unfortunately, cost is a HUGE issue. Space too for that matter.
Maryann D. says
The biggest obstacle I have that prevents me from exercising is finding the time and energy to really get going. I do take a lot of walks during the day when I can, but I would like more a fun workout that keeps me interested.
