Stress getting you down?

Feel like you just need a vacation sometimes?

Try walking it off.

I’m serious.

Since becoming a Walkabout Ambassador I feel great!

I haven’t been walking near as much as I should, but life has been super busy for us lately.

My best advice for anyone that is dealing with stress or anxiety is to walk it off.

Put your best pair of walking shoes on and take a little stride.

Not only will the fresh air make you feel great, but it will give you some time to think and concentrate.

I do some of my best thinking while walking. It’s a great way to clear your head and really think clearly.

Kick that stress in the butt and walk it off!

So the next time you feel the stress creeping up, show it that you aren’t going to take it, you have this under control, and walk it off!
