Tuesday will be my 2 week weigh in.
Yes, I gave in and made it my New Year’s Resolution to lose weight. I hadn’t planned on doing this (making a resolution to lose weight) however when approached about doing a trial of the Cinch program with Shaklee, I couldn’t help but jump in!
I have done other programs in the past but always had a hard time sticking with them. When they say that this program is a Cinch, it really is! The first week I was not starving, I was not wishing I had not started a diet and I was not feeling tired and run down. To be quite honest, the first week was great! I have so much more energy and feel so much better about myself and what I am putting into my body.
So, how did I do my first week?
Originally I was down 4 pounds, but after the weekend I weighed in and I had gained a pound back, so I was down 3 pounds my first week. I must say though that I worked out a bit and I do feel that I could have put some muscle on, but it is hard to say. I have not taken my measurements again as I was planning to take those every two weeks. (I will give you an update on those measurements soon.) When I weighed in on Thursday I was down 4 pounds again, so I’m pretty excited!!!
The diet at a glance…
The Cinch weight loss breakthrough is a clinically tested leucine-enhanced formula. Cinch with leucine helps you keep the muscle that you have, burn the fat that you don’t need and lose the inches that you don’t want.
The kit that I received has enough product for 4 weeks (I plan to sign up as a Shaklee Distributor soon as I don’t plan to quit the diet after 4 weeks, and I want to be able to transform the lives of my friends and family!) The products in my kit are…
Cinch Shakes (They aren’t my favorite when made plain, however I add things to mine like coffee, vanilla flavoring, cinnamon, fresh fruit, crushed ice
Cinch 3-in-1 Boost (These are the vitamins I take with each meal. They have 3 supplements in one and ingredients to help boost your metabolism, help you to retain normal blood sugar levels and fortify your day with vitamins and minerals.)
Cinch Meal-In-A-Bar (I LOVE these!) Never have I tried any other meal replacement bars that have left me feeling full and cured my sweet tooth as well!
Cinch Snack Bars (Love these too!) Again, very yummy and even though they are small they are filling. I admit that they are a little dry, but that just makes me want water and since water is great when you are on a diet, that’s a plus!
Cinch Energy Tea Mix (Love this!) I have so much energy after drinking this tea. My husband loves how energized I am and how much I get done after consuming this yummy tea!
I will be updating you again next week and in the remaining weeks to come.
I had no idea losing weight could be such a Cinch!
(Disclaimer: I did receive free products to review, however that did not sway my opinion about the products. I only give honest opinions of products tried.)
