With Valentine’s Day right around the corner I wanted to take a moment to talk about CHOCOLATE! We recently had the honor of reviewing GATSBY Chocolate bars. I want to start off by saying that I was pleasantly surprised to receive the dark chocolate with almond bars as dark chocolate has become a new love of mine over the last couple of years. You can’t even tell that this is a low-calorie chocolate!

We felt like the chocolate was rich enough, but not too rich and super smooth. It had just the right sweetness to where it didn’t feel overly sweet, but it also didn’t seem like we were eating pure cocoa powder. As much as I love cocoa powder, I feel like it has to be sweetened a little for my taste buds to enjoy it.
