One of our boys has had a heck of a time finding comfortable shoes. He loves to wear boots, however he has issues with his ankles and feet and he needs something that has a lot of support. Finding something that can fully support the ankle, but that he likes has been a challenge. He prefers a slip on boot because they are easy to get on and off, and he likes the style. We’ve tried cowboy boots and other “work” slip on boots, but they simply weren’t enough support for his weaker ankles.
We recently tried the Men’s Joel 6-Inch Boot from Lugz and we have been super impressed! Not only are they super stylish (we’ve received a lot of compliments on them), but they are also very durable and comfortable. He has the option to lace them up every time he takes them off, or he can unzip and zip up the sides for quick and easy access. This is great for someone on-the go a lot, or even those with arthritis or other issues that would prevent them from wanting to lace up a whole boot.
These boots come in two different color options, black or brown. We chose the brown since that is the color he typically leans towards when purchasing boots. He really liked the brown boots a lot! These boots are rough around the edges, yet sophisticated and polished. The multi-option zipper and lace enclosure, embossed armor detailing on the back shaft, gussetted tongue, velcro zipper lock and pull on tab for easy on, all make these a great boot for young and old! Did I mention that they are slip resistant and feature a flexastride memory foam insole, an EVA cushion, anti-fatigue midsole and a Tri wedge outsole for added support, durability and performance?
I am sure you can see why we have fallen in love with our new Men’s Joel 6-Inch Boot!
