Have you heard of LunchBox Reviews?
I hadn’t heard of them until recently.
They are a new site that you all must check out!
Here is a little about LunchBox Reviews…
Lunchbox Reviews was launched in August of 2010 by Milanie Cleere. Milanie is a wife and a mom and a business owner. She says that while she prefers natural, non-battery operated toys, she realizes that there are many educational apps for young children. She started looking for quality applications and was overwhelmed with the number available. She tried a few that were fantastic and others that were complete duds. She says, sure, at 99 cents an app, we’re not going to break the bank, but the cost of the truly awful apps started to add up.
She wanted a filter, a source for finding uality educational iPhone and iPad apps for young children.
Because of this she created Lunchbox Reviews. She wanted a resource where you could find quality children’s mobile apps.
The reviews on Lunchbox Reviews come from several places. Milanie writes them when time permits (owning a company and being a mom with two young kids can make that difficult) and Lunchbox grabs reviews from reputable sources around the internet that Milanie trusts herself.
I think this is a great site!
It is very easy to navigate and very useful in finding what you are looking for.
There are a lot of reviews on the site, and very detailed descriptions.
I would definitely visit this site if I was in the market of purchasing children’s apps for my phone.
