Have you started thinking about what you might be serving for Easter this year?
There are always so many delicious dishes on our Easter table, however there aren’t many fun-looking dishes. With all of the kids, I thought an Easter nest might bring a little fun to our Easter dinner table! Feel free to share your favorite Easter dishes and desserts in the comments!
Maple Peanut Butter Nest Pie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. Cream Cheese (Whipped—or soften before using. I prefer to buy the whipped)
7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (We used chocolate)
2 Cups Pretzel Sticks
3-5 Chocolate Eggs (We used Speckled malted milk balls. You can use any eggs).
DIRECTIONS:
Using a hand mixer combine and mix together cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, powdered sugar and maple syrup.
In a separate bowl, break pretzel sticks in half and set aside.
Spread Peanut butter mixture into pie crust.
Top with pretzels and place eggs in center.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Enjoy!
