Am I right? Moms definitely can’t get sick. Whatever would everyone do if we were to lay in bed sick for a few days? Yeah, I’m not sure either, and that is why I do things to prevent myself from getting sick. I know that often times Moms put their own needs last and don’t think about themselves as much, which can lead to a rundown body and lower immunities. This is all the more reason that we must do things to prevent getting sick. Those bugs are out there and we do NOT need to catch them! (I am telling my boys this all the time—invisible and live bugs! Yuck!)
When Mom does get sick she needs to make sure that she makes a quick recovery…a really quick recovery! One product that my family has always trusted is the Vicks brand. Vicks DayQuil can help you power through your day when you aren’t feeling well and Vicks NyQuil will ensure you get a good night sleep, because let’s face it, you are definitely going to need it.
When used in combination with one another the two products seem to be perfect for helping with symptoms such as cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, sore throat, minor aches and pains, fever, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing. It’s products like this that come from a brand that I have trusted and used in my home for years that I am so very glad to have around. Whatever would a busy Mother do if she didn’t have something to make her better as quickly as possible when she does get hit with the sick bug?
When Moms get sick messes are made, so let’s keep Mom healthy!
Some things to remember—before trying any new medication make sure to check with your doctor and follow the proper recommended course of treatment. Also, DayQuil and NyQuil are not recommended for children younger than 12 years of age. When using DayQuil or NyQuil be sure to follow the usage guidelines for warnings and dosage directions or visit the Vicks website for more information.
