Hello all of you cloth diapering Mommas!
I’m going to give cloth diapering a shot this time around. My family and friends think I’m a bit crazy, but I am really excited to at least give it a try.
When I first started breastfeeding I went into it unsure of how things were going to work. I was sort of scared and nervous of the unknown. It took us a while to both adjust and now I am so glad that I chose to nurse all of my babies! I feel like I haven’t ever given cloth diapering a chance. It has really come a long way in the past few years, and I want to give it a try!
The very kind lady at Nifty Nappy was nice enough to send me a free cloth diaper and woolie diaper cover. I honestly had no idea what to expect when waiting for them to arrive. I have never even seen the newer cloth diapers, except in photos on other people’s blogs.
When I opened the package that the diaper arrived in I was so pleasantly surprised. It has little snaps on it (no safety pins…yay!) There is also a little cloth pad inside the diaper that is removable. I’m sure there is a name for this pad, but as I have stated, this is still all new to me and I’m still learning. 🙂
Not to mention that the material is so thick and so very cute!!! I’m excited to get started!
Since my baby is not here yet I can not give you a full review of the product. However, I couldn’t wait to post and tell you all that I’m going to give cloth diapering a try!
