Yes, you read the title right! Kids really are so very innocent and you have to love them for that, but c’mon, do they have to be so honest all of the time? So today my 4 year old is standing there all cute and innocent looking and out of the blue he tells me I have a big butt! Only he doesn’t just say, Mommy you have a big butt. Here is how he says it…
4 year old: Mommy?
Me: Yes?
4 year old: Your butt cheeks are really really big
Me: Really? They are really really big? That’s not really nice to tell someone, but thanks for being honest with me.
Ha! Ok, now I really didn’t realize my butt was THAT big, but I guess in a 4 year old’s eyes it’s REALLY REALLY big! He said it like it was nothing too! Funny how kids can be so truthful and not even realize what they are saying! It’s ok, it doesn’t hurt Mommy’s feelings because I’m not the one who has to look at it! Ha ha! 🙂
