As I age I am reminded of the importance of taking care of my skin. Throughout my teens there were many times I would skip my skincare routine and then pay for it later when I would get sudden breakouts on my face. Now that I’m older the breakouts aren’t occur as often, but I have to worry about aging and fine lines (sigh). I try to use products on my skin that I know are good for my skin and are healing, rather than covering up past trauma.
