AMAZING

In an effort to eat healthier we have quit buying boxed and prepackaged foods (for the most part). The other day my boys wanted brownies so we whipped some up!

Thank you

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Butter

1 Cup White Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat over to 350° F

Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan

Melt 1/2 cup of butter. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated over for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean. Do not overcook.

Enjoy!

I love easy recipes like this and my family loves brownies. This will be fun for me to make in the winter when I am stuck in the house on a snowy day!

I’m so glad I found this recipe! I’m planning on making a huge batch of brownies for Christmas and decorating them with Christmas candies. This recipe is super simple and really easy to double or even triple. Thanks for sharing! I also LOVE brownies 🙂

I make a lot of brownies for hubby’s work but I purchase boxes. This recipe is easy and will taste better than Betty Crocker!

With as often as we make brownies, I need to try this. I have only bought boxed brownie mixes for the kids, didn’t know how to make them myself. Need to pin, thank you.
