With life comes stress. Am I right? I often find myself stressed over busy schedules and timelines. Not only do I push myself to get things done by a certain time, but it seems everyone else wants everything done by a certain time as well. Do you often feel like you need to be in 3 places at once? I know I do. With 5 kids to keep up with (I’m getting a little slower than them at times, but I try my best) I have to find ways to relieve stress. While my husband likes to go to the garage to fix something or build something to relieve stress, I have completely different methods.
What are some ways you relieve stress?
A few of the ways I relieve stress are…
Writing (My blog is a great outlet for me.)
Reading (Although I don’t find time for this near as much as I would like.)
Walking (Going for a short walk can help clear my head and keep me focused, plus the fresh air is great!)
Chocolate (This always helps, however I feel the guilt later.)
Relaxing (Taking a nice hot shower is probably my number one stress reliever because I don’t have to leave the house, I can lock myself in the bathroom, and it just really relaxes me.) I have actually been dreaming of getting myself one of those awesome massaging shower heads like you see advertising at the Professor Toilet blog. (What a funny name for a blog! It drew me in and made me want to check it out though…ha!)
