Right after my 30th birthday, I was out shopping with my sister when I suddenly wanted to cry/pull my hair out (literally!) Why do they put those bright fluorescent lights in the store? Not only does it give me a huge headache, but I always walk out of the fitting room feeling horrible about myself. I can see every nook and cranny in my face. I can tell my pores are huge, there is a zit on my chin, my eyebrows need waxed, and my butt…good lord, where did that come from!? Ok, I got off track again, happens all of the time. I’m in the fitting room while shopping with my sister. I call her over to check out the outfit I’m trying on and then I see it….a GRAY hair! That’s right! I just turned 30 and I have a gray hair!? Are you kidding me!? So what do I do? I pull it! Of course pulling those gray hairs doesn’t help. I think when they say for every one you pull 2 more grow back may really be true!
So, I visited my local beautician and darkened my hair. I always liked having my hair a little darker anyway, and now I was just going to permanently have my hair dark. (That was the plan). Within a couple of weeks the gray was back. I knew I wasn’t going to go back to the salon so soon because the rest of my hair still looked great and well, it costs quite a bit to get salon work done. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. It wasn’t until I heard about Rita Hazan Root Concealer that I realized I could keep this problem under control myself!
The bottle of Rita Hazan Root Concealer is so small it can fit into my handbag! I love that because you never know when those pesky grays are going to pop through. Not only that, sometimes I need my roots touched up much sooner than the rest of my hair. Not only does this product save me money, but it also saves time! I don’t have to run to the salon and take an hour out of my day to get my hair touched up. I’m one that will let the roots grow way out before getting a touch up simply because I don’t have the time to go get them touched up. With that being said, I HATE waiting to get my roots touched up because I feel like I look “trashy” if my roots are all grown out and a different color. I just can’t win…oh, but now I can, can’t I!?
It’s super simple to apply Rita Hazan Root Concealer. It’s just as easy as spraying your hair with hairspray! Simply spray the affected area/roots and you’re done! Seriously, that’s it!

Wow! This sounds great. It sounds easy to use and convenient. I might have to try this out. I hate having to do my whole hair when I just have a few gray roots showing. Thanks for the review.

I love the idea. I too have five children and more grays than I care to admit. I don’t have time or money to go to the salon every six weeks. I am going to have to check this product out. Thanks for the review.
