Now that I own a pair of Mizuno Wave Paradox shoes I’m not sure how I ever went without them! These are the support shoe like no other! Most people think of a support shoe as those ugly nursing shoes or some other type of shoe that is big and unappealing. The Mizuno is nothing like this at all! In fact, they are quite attractive! (I’ve received many compliments and had people ask me where I got mine).
Mizuno’s Wave Paradox is the lightest and sleekest support running shoe on the market! Rather than placing extra material on the outside of the shoe, which would in turn add extra weight, making it harder to run, Mizuno took a different route and focused on the shoes sidewall and were able to engineer an extremely lightweight support chassis at only 10.6 ounces in the Men’s model. This allows them to achieve utmost stability without the added weight.
I am so happy to finally have a support shoe that not only comfortably supports my feet, but is also very fashionable and appealing to the eye! I’m happy to go out for a run while showing off my Mizuno Wave Paradox shoes!

I’ve never heard of these shoes before. Recently, this past week in fact, I had to go out and buy a new pair of sneakers specifically for running. I wore my trainers and bruised the ball of my foot pretty bad. I found a pair of Nike’s that absorb the pounding on the pavement, and have great ankle support. It took a lot of scouring to find the right shoe though. Not sure what the specs are on these but they look like they have the same support as my shoe. Have to say, been running with these new ones and they feel great. Hope these ones keep your foot comfortable after a long run too!
