My family’s safety is one of the most important things to me. Watching the news now days really makes it hard to feel safe even in the small town that we live in. We are always open to hearing about new ways that we can keep our family safe and that is why we were happy to review the Yale Keyless Touch Screen Deadbolt Lock for our home.

The Yale Real Living locks can give you peace of mind. When they are used as part of a home control system, Yale Real Living locks give you a level of security and control that you don’t get from a regular old keyed lock. They are especially nice for parents worried about their children opening the doors and trying to walk out of the home on their own. You will have peace of mind knowing that the deadbolt automatically locks so your child can not leave the house. If someone does unlock a door, you will get a text message to let you know that the door has been unlocked. This is great if you have a teenager with a curfew, children arriving home from school while you are still at work (you will know the minute they walk in the door and will have the peace of mind in knowing your child(ren) are home safe and sound).

We don’t have the AT&T home security system that works with Yale Locks, but we are thinking about getting it because it really does seem to be an amazing combo and I love that I would be alerted anytime anyone opens the door. We have children that sleep walk, so this would be a great added security for us.

We are definitely impressed with our lock and we love the fact that we don’t have to worry about our children (or ourselves) misplacing keys now! We also don’t have to worry about locking ourselves out—definitely worth getting this lock, just for that reason!
