As many of you know, on Monday, June 18th I started on my journey to eat healthier and lose weight. I have to say that I feel like this is much more than just a diet, I am transforming my life and making huge lifestyle changes.

I want to be healthy for myself and for my family.

While I would love to tell you all how my first 2 weeks have gone on the Twitter,ย  I have decided to make you sweat it out. That’s right….you have to watch my quick 3 minute video to find out how I’m doing.

And if you could be so kind and let me know what you think of my first ever video blog, that would be wonderful!

(Please be honest, I have many more video blogs to come and could really use your honest reviews. Thanks!)

I think you did great! Good luck on your journey. One way I love to spruce up water is to soak it in a pitcher full of sliced lemons, cucumber and mint. ๐Ÿ™‚

Really Kristen? Maybe one day I will. I’m just so used to having it all fancied up that it’s hard to drink it with nothing in it. Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

LOVE this! Great, honest review (drinking water isn’t always easy, glad you’ve found it much easier now), and seeing you on video makes me feel like we’re chatting in person (fun)! Can’t wait to see what you look like after 6 months (though I think you already looked great, esp with 5 kids)!

Thank you so much! I would love to know your favorite variation of the shake. I have been trying all sorts of different things, but my first morning shake just doesn’t seem complete without my coffee in it! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hello—I know this is way old–almost a year actually. I was wondering if you remember how much exercise you actually did these first two weeks. You said you were really busy so you werent “exercising like you should.” If you happen to remember what that actually means, I would love to know. I am on week one (4 days in). So far, its not bad. Flavors are all good and for the most part I dont feel hungry. Just not sure how to make sure I get the best results. Also not sure if it is worth the $$$. I needed something to kick me into gear, so I am doing this–just dont know if it will be a true 9 month experiment. Hope to make it 3 and then go on my own. Any tips would be great.
