Wow, it’s quiet in here! It’s not very often that I can say that. The older boys are all tucked into their beds and the baby is sound asleep on the couch beside me. I sit here on the living room floor with the laptop on my lap and the television on (sound very low) and I just don’t know what to do with myself. Hubby had a business meeting and supper tonight, so he is not here for me to talk to, however I’m sure he will be home soon. It’s quiet times like these when I can really sit back and reflect on things. I feel so truly blessed to have my lovely family. I love how silly my boys are, but also how serious they can be at times. Like today…I’m sitting on the couch folding laundry and I look over at my baby boy and I can’t help but laugh as I see him putting a pair of underwear on his head. Silly boy! I use that phrase often, but darnit I have some really silly boys! As I have said before, laughter is such a great medicine!
I think I’m just going to sit back and relax and enjoy the quiet for a bit before hubby gets home. We all need a little quiet time every now and then. 🙂
