Today the boys went outside and gathered our main ingredient for their favorite recipe.
What did they get, you ask?
Snow!
That’s right, we made Snow Ice Cream, and my boys loved it! (They even made it themselves while I supervised, of course.)
What you need….
Snow, Sugar, Vanilla, Milk (or you can leave out the vanilla and add cocoa powder, you must mix really well if you are putting cocoa powder in though and your ice cream may get really runny- ours did when we made the chocolate.)
And you get this!
- 1 gallon snow
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
