We understand the importance of making sure you are staying hydrated. One of the first things I always think about when I’m feeling run down, sick or starting a new diet or exercise routine is making sure I’m getting electrolytes. We were recently introduced to Essential Elements products, and I must say that they are better than I had originally expected.
Essential Elements®
We received Essential elements® Hydration products. What is it? It is the perfect fuel to recharge. It Features a combination of apple cider vinegar, sodium, potassium, and buffered vitamin C to ease digestion, so you can stay hydrated and ready to roll. When you exert yourself, you sweat, and that means a loss of both water and electrolytes. The apple cider vinegar in Essential elements® Hydration provides you with powerful replenishment. Just like you, Hydration goes the extra mile for the extra oomph you need to keep working out, finish your shift strong, stay energized throughout the day—well, you get the idea.
I was nervous about the taste as I’m not a huge fan of apple cider vinegar. While I know it has so many great benefits for your body, I just have a hard time with the flavor of it. With that being said, I couldn’t taste the apple cider vinegar at all! I was super impressed because I have been wanting the benefits of it for so long but struggled to get it into my body due to my dislike of the taste.
Be sure to check out the Pre-Workout with Beet & ACV as well!
PreWorkout by Essential elements® is what exercise prep is all about. With beet, apple cider vinegar, electrolytes, important nutrients, and the caffeine blend, this expert formula both fuels your body and helps it use that fuel efficiently. Beets are a natural superfood and the ultimate blood vessel sidekick thanks to their nitrate content. Inside the body, nitrates become nitric oxide, which means more support for energy, reduced fatigue, and stamina during your workout. Increased stamina comes from greater energy, and PreWorkout just might mean the difference between a good run—or a new personal best.
