Some of my favorite things are Strawberries and chocolate, but I also have a real coffee addiction! I seriously can’t get enough!
The other day my boys were wanting chocolate cupcakes (so we made them), but I thought it might be fun to combine my loves into one dessert and what I got what a whole lot of deliciousness!
This recipe is seriously simply yet so delicious you can’t eat just one!
Strawberry Mocha Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/3 cup Oil
1/2 cup Water
3 Eggs
1 (21 oz) Can Strawberry Pie Filling
1 (5.6 oz) Packet Instant Coffee (or 1/3 cup instant coffee–if you don’t want to use packets and prefer a stronger coffee taste)
Instructions:
1.) Beat eggs.
2.) Add dry cake mix, oil, eggs, water, strawberry pie filling together and mix well.
3.) Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°
