We will all be sending our children off to school soon.
Are you ready? Are your children ready?
We are pretty well ready for the most part. I have all of their backpacks filled and lined up. Every year we sit down and label all of their school supplies. It used to take us a very long time because I would hand write all of the labels, peel them and then stick them on the products. I was always frustrated when the kids came home a week later complaining that their products were missing or stolen. (I don’t actually think the other kids purposely took our children’s school supplies, or at least I hope not, but I do think that if 2 children have misplaced a pencil or something and they aren’t labeled, it can be easy to mistake someone else’s pencil for your own.)
This year all of our supplies were labeled with professional (we like to call them professional) labels. One set we used is the Stuck on You brand. Stuck on You Labels are not only easy to use, you just peel them and stick them, but they stay on too! No more worrying about missing school supplies because these labels are on for the long haul!
These labels aren’t just for your children’s school supplies either! If you have a child in daycare or going off to camp, you can use the Iron on Clothing Labels! What a great way to keep things straight, especially those extra sets of clothing you are accustomed to sending along. You can also use the she labels as well. We have noticed in the past that several children always have the same pair of sneakers as our boys, so this is a great tool!
