With a house full of boys it is inevitable that we will be watching the Super Bowl. While I’m not much of a sports watching fan, I do enjoy the time spent together with my boys and I also have fun preparing a good selection of eats and treats for everyone to enjoy. In years past we have actually ordered pizza from local pizza parlors for the big game day, however this year we are on a tighter budget and besides, I thought it might be nice to make the pizzas together with my boys—they love helping me in the kitchen!
We have already made and eaten a couple of the pizzas we received, however we still have plenty for the big Game Day! Red Baron is not a brand I had purchased a lot in the past. I guess I thought since they were less expensive than some of the other frozen pizzas they might not be as good, but boy was I WRONG! Red Baron has some really good pizza—and all 5 of my boys approved, which is great!
We have been looking for a good Taco Pizza for a while. Not a lot of companies make taco pizza anymore, but Red Baron does! The taco pizza was delicious and we enjoyed dipping it in our favorite salsa and sour cream as well (makes it fun!) Our younger boys aren’t much for variety, so they enjoyed the pepperoni and cheese pizzas. When I asked what they thought they gave me a big thumbs up!
If you are looking to save money, serve great tasting food you can be proud of, and have a no-hassle meal this Super Bowl, you should try Red Baron pizza! They come in many varieties and are available at the local grocery store (we got ours at Kroger).
What is your favorite pizza combination?
Mine is a toss up between Taco Pizza and Pepperoni,Onion,Banana Pepper (Yum!)
