I have never in my life had a surprise party. I have given surprise parties, but I don’t think I have ever been the recipient of one. That’s ok though because it’s fun being the one behind the surprise! That being said, on Saturday my family got together and they all threw me a surprise party…at my own house!
My sisters and mom had planned on coming over. We were all getting together because we haven’t seen one another since New Year’s, and because everyone wanted to see my new little nephew. This is what I thought anyway. I was getting a little suspicious from time to time, but I really didn’t expect to have a party at my own house, especially since my hubby hadn’t put the laundry away in the back room! Yikes!!!
It was great! My husband bought me an iPad, which I totally was NOT expecting! If anyone knows how to update your blog from an iPad and would like to explain it to me, that would be great! I can’t seem to figure it out.
They made me wear the silly headband in the photo above, but I had a great time, and I believe everyone else that attended did too.
My actual birthday is on Friday, and I have plans to take my little men out to lunch. They are so excited!
If I’m a little slow responding to emails and posting this week (it’s b/c I’m taking a little time to sit back and relax. 🙂
